"I would like to respond to Jody by saying that I think this may be a bogus review. It is a one piece strap that you simply put around your chair and the only thing it has to do is literally hold your towel up. it doesn't get any easier or simpler to use." Jody was sent a follow up to give her a chance to explain how this did not really work and why it was not easy for her to use. She did not respond.
